    Return & Exchange

    For all orders purchased at the official DALLAR online site (www.dallar.co) we offer a simple and easy return service. You can either return the product to DALLAR flagship store (Dallar flagship store) or send the product directly to our warehouse via the link address here : DALLAR WAREHOUSE.

    Please note : The information for return request is requested. (FILLED UP NOW) or be sustained by our customer service (CONTACT US) . All items must be returned in original, unused condition and within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will also require the jewelry to be in original box and packaging. In case of replacement, Dallar cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model again. If your model is not available, a similar products of equal value and appearance will be provided.


    RETURN PROCESS AND REQUEST :

    1. Filled up the return request as mention above which is include the reason why you are not satisfy and want to return the products, the destination for receiving the replacement along with your account member name on DALLAR online site.

    2. All items must be returned in original, unused condition and within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will also require the jewelry to be in original box and packaging.The damage during the delivery is responsibility of the consumer.

    3. Your advance paid for the return delivery (with proof of the delivery reciept) is being refund within 3 days after we received and approve the products.

    4.1 The replacement will be shipped (by the Thai post register delivery) within 7 days after verify products or if production time is needed, we will email you the details as quickly as possible.

    4.2 Once your return is received and inspected, should the customer not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, the customer will be notified and issued an automatic refund. 

    * We can only refund items that have been bought on the official DALLAR online site or bought in our flagship stores.*

    Attention:

    The replaced products will be free delivered back to your destination address with in 3-7 days by the Thai post register delivery service. Items sold in sale online, straps or cords can't be returned for free. For warranty issues, you can still reach our customer service (CONTACT US).
